What we collect

When you use the contact or valuation forms we receive the details you type: your name, email address, an optional Roblox game link, revenue range and your message. We also record the time of submission and a coarse technical fingerprint (IP-derived) used only to block spam.

This site does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. If analytics are enabled they run through a cookie-less, privacy-focused provider that stores no personal data.

How we use it

• To reply to your message and, if you asked for one, prepare a valuation.
• To keep a record of our conversation while a deal is being discussed.
• To prevent abuse of the forms.

We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing.

Where it goes

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through an email or messaging provider acting as our processor. Game statistics shown on this site are public data fetched from Roblox Corporation's APIs; no visitor data is sent to Roblox.

Retention

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and, where a deal proceeds, for the life of the agreement plus any period required by law. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Email collab@playscape.com.

Children

This website is aimed at game developers and business partners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has contacted us, let us know and we will delete the message.

Changes

We will update this page if our practices change and revise the date above.
