What we look for

Games with an audience, at any age.

Genres

Tycoons, incremental simulators, obbies and towers, casual social games. If it lives on the front page or in a niche with loyal players, we are interested.

Traction

Roughly a million lifetime visits or more, or a smaller game with unusual retention. Peak concurrent players matter more than totals.

Revenue

Any level. Games earning well get a straightforward multiple; games with an audience but weak monetization get an offer based on what we can fix.

Condition

Actively updated or dormant for years, both are fine. We have revived games that were untouched since 2021.

How it works

Four steps, no surprises.

  1. 01

    Send the link

Use the form below. Add a rough revenue figure and why you are selling. Two minutes, no attachments needed.

  2. 02

    Valuation within 48 hours

We review the public stats and reply with a range, or a clear no. If we need private analytics, we sign an NDA first.

  3. 03

    Agree the shape

Full sale, partial sale, or a revenue share where you keep building. Terms are written in plain language and you keep a copy.

  4. 04

    Transfer and get paid

Ownership moves through a Roblox group. Payment is released on transfer. Your credit stays in the description and the group.

What you get

A real buyer, not a listing.

Cash on transfer

No escrow games, no waiting on a marketplace. When the group moves, the money moves.

Your game keeps living

It joins 44 games we already operate, gets cross-promoted across the network and keeps receiving updates.

Optional upside

Earn-outs and revenue share are on the table if you want to stay involved or bet on growth.

FAQ

Selling a Roblox game, explained.

How do you value a Roblox game?

We start from trailing revenue (Robux, Premium payouts, ads and sponsorships), then adjust for retention, how much of the traffic is organic, how recently the game was updated, and how well it fits the games we already run. Old games with a loyal audience are often worth more than their current revenue suggests.

What does the payment look like?

Usually a single payment released when ownership transfers. For larger games we can add an earn-out tied to the game's revenue after the sale, so you share in the upside if it grows.

Can I sell part of my game or keep working on it?

Yes. Partial sales and revenue share arrangements are common. Some developers hand over live operations and keep building content; others step away entirely. We are flexible on the shape as long as roles are clear.

How does the transfer work on Roblox?

Games are transferred through a Roblox group. If your game is owned by your user account, we move it into a group first. We walk you through each step and never ask for your password.

Do you buy games with low revenue?

Sometimes. If a game has a strong concept, good retention or a large existing audience, revenue can be fixed. Send it over; a quick no costs you nothing.

Is my information kept private?

Everything you share stays between you and Playscape. We do not publish deal terms, and we will sign an NDA before looking at private analytics if you prefer.

What happens to my community after the sale?

The group, social links and your credit in the description stay. We keep communicating updates through the existing channels so players see continuity, not a new owner.

Tell us about your game.

The more you share, the sharper the number. Revenue ranges are enough to start; we will ask for analytics only once we are serious.
